Honey & Lemon Pork ChopsYou will need

2 x Boneless Pork chops
¼ cup of Honey
¼ cup of Lemon juice
2 cloves of Garlic
1lb New potatoes
Mixed salad leaves

 

Cooking instructions

Mix honey and lemon juice together. Place in a plastic bag with pork chops and refrigerate overnight.

Drain chops saving the marinade. Seal chops in a frying pan then place in a pre heated oven (180c) covering with foil. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.

Boil new potatoes for approximately 10 minutes. Reduce marinade in frying pan on low heat for about 3 minutes. Make fresh crunchy salad to serve on the side.

Plate chops, potatoes and salad and cover chops with marinade.

Serve and enjoy.
